WEB SITE USAGE AGREEMENT BETWEEN:

(1) The Northern Dimension Environmental Partnership (NDEP), having its principal office at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, One Exchange Square, London, EC2A 2JN, United Kingdom and

(2) Any user or users ("User") of the NDEP Web site (the "site").

1. Use of this site constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions.

NDEP wishes to enhance public access to information about the NDEP's activities, and it maintains this Web site, and the information, documents and materials presented herein (collectively, the "materials"), for informational purposes only. NDEP is pleased to allow any User to download and copy the materials for their own personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following conditions:

2.1 The User may reproduce materials from the NDEP Web site free of charge and without written permission from the NDEP.

10. This site contains links to third party Web sites. NDEP is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. These links are provided only as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site by the NDEP.

11. NDEP reserves the right to deny at its sole discretion any User access to this site or any portion thereof without notice.

LINKING TO THE NDEP WEB SITE

12. Internet Web sites may link to the site without seeking the permission of the NDEP. However, such links must clearly identify the NDEP as the source of the information displayed on the site and preserve the integrity of the site without alteration.

SEVERABILITY

13. If a competent authority finds any part of this Agreement to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part shall be severed from the remainder of this Agreement which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

NO WAIVER

14. No waiver by NDEP of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in writing signed by its duly authorised representative.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

15. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersedes all previous communications, representations and arrangements, written or oral. The User acknowledges that no reliance is placed on any representation made, but not embodied in this Agreement.

USER'S REMEDY

16. If the User is dissatisfied with materials or with any of the terms and conditions of use of this site, the User's sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this site.

APPLICABLE LAWS

17. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
